Adult BJJ Classes (16+ years)

You’ll learn to use physical leverage and mental control to force your opponent into submission.This is especially useful should you need to defend yourself at any time.
You will also learn to make quick, calculated decisions while on the mats and this mental sharpness will help you in life, “off the mats” as well. Known for being a low impact martial art, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu does not involve punching or kicking. It relies instead on grappling techniques such as chokes, sweeps, throws and armlocks. But the benefits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu extend far beyond combat.
